Import Data for Dropdown List

It would be useful to be able to import (from CSV file) a list of labels and values for dropdown list fields.
Thus, for example, you could import the list of countries for a Country fields and States for a state field.
I believe it may be possible to do this through the MySQL database (I can find the field values in the wp_options table) but I don't want to end up scrambling the data since there are many code tags in there too.
A further development could be to have the data populated from (or posted to) an external database (e.g. a CRM system) - I am sure there must be some existing code to do this.

Oh, yes. Makes sense.
The Form manager will get some more enhancements in version 1.4 or 1.5, along with conditional logic, expanded validation, and etc. I will add this on the todo list also. Currently, since everything is stored as serialized arrays in wordpress tables, modifying the database values without some sort of an interface is very difficult. But I will include some sort of a form manager tool that will enable you to paste a comma delimited list and automatically create the dropdown choices.
