Attendee information disappears

When I go to update a registration (add payment or change details) the registration no longer contains the attendee information (name and date of birth) that I or the registering parent entered at registration.
Frustratingly, these are required fields so I can't actually submit the updated information unless I enter something in the field. I am resorting to inventing birthdates and writing TBA in the name field just to be able to hit UPDATE.
This is happening all the time.

Hmm, yeah, I would be frustrated also. Did you make changes to these fields in the Form Manager after registrations have started coming in? Do I have access to the website to check it out?
