Moneris Payment status Incomplete

Hi Abel,

My client just made a payment in an event using Moneris Canada. The payment went through fine but the Status is showing incomplete. Why would this be?

Hi Abel,

I am having the same issue as above. I am using Moneris Canada here - http://www.burlcurl.com/event/business-womens-february-funspiel/.

When people pay online I also get Status Incomplete and my Capacity # is not changing.

I see in the screenshot that I am to use "Sent to your Server as a Post" and Enter the two approved and declined urls. I have done this and it's now working perfectly. However, in the payment process the user is told that he is passing information over an unsecured network. This will make people nervous. We wanted Moneris to host the payment so we would not need a secure cert. However, because we are sending this information back to the Event Planner reports page it looks like we need https. Is this the case or is there a way of utilizing your plugin properly and selecting "eSelect plus will generate a receipt." in the Moneris Response Method area.

Hi David.

Do you have SSL cert. installed for the domain? If so, please try using https:// in the approved and declined urls. Furthermore, if you do have SSL cert. installed, I would suggest going further and setting Events Planner > Settings > Registrations > Enable SSL for registrations? = Yes. This will make all of the registrations to go through secure pages and possibly help put the users’ worries to rest.

Hi Abel,

I have followed your instructions. For the most part, it's working. However, I am now sometimes getting Registrations that are showing as incomplete but the payments are being processed through Moneris. Any thoughts?

Hmm. Not sure. I just tested on my end and upon payment, the user ended back on the site, payment complete and all. Are you sure all is ok on your server?
