How to use this portal to track your cases
As a Pro license holder, you have access to a special page that keeps track of your cases and interactions. Please follow these steps to get going.
Click on the Login link on the top right corner of this page. You will be directed to the WP Events Planner member login page. After your purchase, you will receive login details from the website.
After loggin in, you will notice the "Support Portal" button.
Click on the "Support Portal" button. You will be redirected and automatically logged into our support application where you will see all your cases.
