How to track my cases
- We are experiencing a higher volume of inquiries than usual. As a result, support will be a little slower than usual (majority will still get <1 day turnaround).
- Support hours are Monday - Friday, 8am to 3pm MST.
- Usually we take care of inquiries within hours. In some instances it may take anywhere between 12-48 hours to reply.
